Hi, I’m Carlos Celaya, founder and President of Celaya Wealth Management. For the last 20 years I have obtained vast knowledge and experience while working in the fields of personal finance, investment management, retirement planning, tax accounting, real estate and insurance for various institutions and boutique firms. I earned my bachelors in Finance and Accounting from Florida International University and later my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificate (CFP®).
Like many investors, I experienced the euphoria associated with success and the reflection that comes with failure during times such as the dot-com bubble in the late 90’s and the housing crisis of the 2000’s. I ultimately realized that the “buy and hold” approach, used by most advisers, is based off a model that is ill-equipped to relieve investor anxiety in the markets. Such an approach can potentially derail many years of planning with one large market decline.
The vision of creating a firm that emphasizes personal service, understands your needs and truthfully serves as a means through which clients can achieve their goals on their time, instead of the other way around, became the driving force behind the creation of Celaya Wealth Management.

Personal experiences have also played a central role in shaping my financial philosophy. I was born in Cuba and immigrated to the U.S. at age 13. The importance of honesty, living within ones means and saving were values that were engrained in me early on by my hard-working parents. I immediately became intrigued in the world of finances, and as a teenager was anointed “financial advisor” for friends and family. I am married to my beautiful wife, Michelle, and am the proud father of two. We are passionate about traveling the world and that has become one of our life’s ambitions. I am also an avid fan of Miami’s local sports teams, both college and professional.
The reality is, especially in today’s dynamic world, most people don’t have the time, knowledge or resources to carefully plan out the various facets of an ever more complex financial system. Thus, I take great pride in advising my clients to make solid decisions with their finances so they can allocate their time and energy on the things that truly matter most to them.

Glenn enjoys working with business owners, their employees and individuals to offers a variety of products that can help them meet a number of insurance and financial needs, including, but not limited to Life Insurance, Annuities, Supplemental Insurance and Income Disability Insurance.He has been recognized for his ability to embrace constant change in the industry, thereby providing his clients with expert advice. Glenn has created numerous strategic partnerships over the years with insurance brokers, CPA and business executives giving him the ability to present an a la carte menu of choices, enabling full disclosure and transparency.
